[native-filters]Apply changes instantly in time-grain filter crashes page

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Create a timegrain filter and chart using clean_sales data
3. Check the Apply changes instantly box
4. See 1) filter is not applying instantly, 2) filter drop to out of scope section 3) page breaks

Even after i remove the checkbox, still seeing those unexpected behavior
