SUMMARY

Bump prophet to 1.1.5 which has binary distributions for Mac M1 and M2 chips. See full release notes here: https://github.com/facebook/prophet/releases/tag/1.1.5 Also recompile the deps files, as they appear to be out of sync again.

@villebro could you confirm that the nasty bug in 1.1.4 has been resolved? Per #25017, @michael-s-molina previously had to revert a change which bumped the version of prophet to 1.1.4.
