1.4-alpine-r1. There are no prior tagged releases in GitHub, and the Docker Hub image is simply taggedlatest.Lessons learned: because we're not running as root in this container, Consul threw some errors at startup when attempting to create directories. See b1f7142 for how I fixed that. I'm thinking we should implement it that way (or similarly) in our other images.
