Add DBS and INDELs matrix from deepUMI to pipeline output (could be inside computematrix output?) and include information in documentation

an "easy" solution for this would be to add a module that calls SigProfilerMatrixGenerator

This requires VCF files and generate the matrices and plots automatically.

• Build a container using their Dockerfile (or use an already available container)
• Store the filtered somatic mutations back to VCF files. (include groups as if they were samples)
• Compile all the VCF files in a single value channel.
• Create a module for running SigProfilerMatrixGenerator
• Decide how will this be turned on.
