This PR updates the
HiddenMarkovModelsandLinearDynamicalSystemsexample workflows to use the new naming conventions for theBonsai.MLpackages introduced in bonsai-rx/machinelearning#74. The changes replace references to the older.HiddenMarkovModelsand.LinearDynamicalSystemspackages with their equivalent.Hmm.Pythonand.Lds.Pythonpackage names throughout configuration and workflow files.
