Validate all file name inputs

Summary
We currently do not validate user input inside of the "rename file/folder" and other similar input windows. This also would also address #413 in a slightly better way than the current error window.

Delaying this for create file/folder so I can investigate inline inputs (same tech as the new rename behavior)
