also it changes lockfile version, oops... is it bad for you? |

From a quick glance, it looks like Rust 1.78.0 (May 2024) stabilized the Cargo.lock version 4 and was the made the default in the most recent release 1.83.0 version. It seems reasonable to use version 4 of Cargo.lock now, given the 6 month lag. |
