As discussed in #74 and #75 , trying to build all clients in the same build currently takes more than 50 minutes, so the travis job times out.
This introduces 4 jobs to build each of the clients independently, so that they don't timeout.
This doesn't run the actual tests but I think it is an improvement over what we currently have.
