Feature Request: Add support for Checkly's private locations

Context

Checkly offers Private Locations that can be enabled by deploying an agent.

Idea

Get the operator to support private locations (e.g. via a CRD) i.e. the operator installs the private-location pods into the users cluster.

For users working with the operator already, this would allow them to enable private locations and make use of them without having to install the agent separately.
