make ellipse... capped lists's  max-length configurable 

in issue #332 there is a Dataset method: cap_api_list, that will cap file/space.. lists to a hard coded 10 right now
but we could consider upping the cap for all of them at once, or each type separately from a config file
eg. cap.type  which can decide on
not a high priority, might look at after sitemap issue #351
