Docs: Missing code block in 'Installing Clowder' docs #394

Describe the bug
The Installing Clowder docs have a small but annoying bug. A textblock isn't rendering. This might have been caused by PR #383 which touched these exact lines.
I'll submit a PR to fix asap. Thank you to Purvansh Bal for making me aware of this issue.

Screenshot, there should be a codeblock below "Default" and "Apple Silicon M1."
