Add filter and sorting to public listing

Update public benchmarks list:

• Add filter Has reward
• Add sorting options: Most recent, Participants Count, Submissions Count

In progress

It is a first implementation of the logic, which is already an enhancement.
However, we can improve the UI - currently it's not pretty.

I tested this on the production database. It is pretty quick when I am the only using it. However, if I try to launch something else that uses the Database, it slows down the feature.
Maybe it can be optimized a bit more to not do a lot of calls to the Database each time someone tries to use the feature.
