[Regression in main (2023-12-19)] Removing a container takes more than 10 seconds

In the main branch, sudo nerdctl run --rm hello-world now takes more than 10 seconds.

Regression in:

• 990d7ec (feat: implment persistent logging for containers running in foreground #2683)

The latest release (v1.7.2) is not affected.
