This is obsoleted by the ostree-native container work; if you want to run the ostree as a container, use e.g. `skopeo` to copy to `containers-storage` for example.

A git grep reveals there's a spot in docs/cosa.md referencing it. Can you scrub that too? Fine to do in a follow-up to not waste good CI.
