The resources in ValidationStrings.resx were not used anywhere, so I'm just removing it as well as the coresponding designer support.

The resources in ValidationStrings.resx were not used anywhere, so I'm just removing it as well as the coresponding designer support.
Note the whitespace changes in System.Collections.Immutable.csproj are because I edited the file with VS. @AArnott has similar changes to this file pending in PR #13 . I'll resolve mine against his before merging if he goes in first.
