Add keywords for F# settings in VS options

It turned out that VS option search only works for the F# page names but not for settings within the page. E.g. this finds F#:

But this doesn't:

This applies to most of the F# option pages, apart from General, Tabs and Scroll Bars - because they are universal for all the languages and are managed elsewhere.
