Shouldly hasn't been updated to drop the dependency on
System.DirectoryServices.Protocolsyet (dotnet/runtime#60301).Moved the UnitTests to xUnit, matching all the other projects in the repo.
Also skipped the flakiest tests for now (78f7f0a) - very timing dependent.
