• removes nNonce from block header (ADR-17)
• adds segwit merkle tree root to block header (ADR-3, fixes enable segwit in block header #68)
• enables segwit by default
• swaps Proof-of-Work with Proof-of-Stake (fixes implement SignBlock #69, completes Milestone https://github.com/dtr-org/unit-e/milestone/2)
• replaces the stillborns WIP: add hash witness merkle root in block header #88, WIP: propose + sign block logic #189, WIP: Sign block #107, add blockSignature to CBlock #109
• removes the concept of minimum chain work as there is no work (a few TODOs to check crucial places are left, IMHO finalization and a smart fork-choice-rule should be able to immitate the concept of minimum chain work). This check was introduced for the initial block download (IBD) in IBD using chainwork instead of height and not using header timestamps bitcoin/bitcoin#9053
• along with that removes the -minchainwork cli opt
• removes getblocktemplate RPC call (partially closes Remove mining/fee related code / rpc commands #16). getblocktemplate was specified in BIP 22 and BIP 23. No Proof-of-Work -> No Mining -> No Pooled Mining -> No BIP 22 and No BIP 23 (will add to https://github.com/dtr-org/unit-e-docs/blob/master/bip-removal-reference.md)
• provides a GenesisBlockBuilder that can be used to create arbitrary genesis blocks (fixes auto-generate testnet genesis nodes + initial transactions #10)
• genesis block is created with native P2WKH transactions (fixes Replace genesis P2PHK to P2WPKH #48)
