dtrace most times returns "dtrace: processing aborted: No such device" #77

I'm new to dtrace and probably doing something wrong?

I've build, installed and load "dtrace-20140103" on "Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz"

When running most of the scripts or oneliners I get back the response:
dtrace: processing aborted: No such device

My dtrace/trace returns:
sudo tail /proc/dtrace/trace
3.464533977 #1 15803:teardown done 0.000001952 xcalls=23 probes=0
9.482802407 #3 15814:vmem_create(dtrace_aggid_0) ffff8801a4da09c0
12.295431094 #3 15814:[cpu3] dtrace_linux_panic called. Dumping cpu stacks

12.690753502 #3 15814:teardown done 0.000011244 xcalls=133 probes=0

I'm running on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS:
uname -a
Linux msdes076 3.2.0-60-generic #91-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 19 03:54:44 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Henry
