To my understanding process should not mention concrete tools
Currently there are:
- 4 hits for

sphinx: https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/search.html?q=sphinx - 4 hits for
pytest: https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/search.html?q=pytest
Note that some hits are totally ok. E.g. templates for something specific, examples, concepts. But tools should not be mandated?!
