Problem Description
Previously we were skipping the test test_scatter_custom in chaco/tests/testt_colormapped_scatterplot.py, but with #672 and enthought/enable#782 that test is fixed. Once the fix made in enthought/enable#782 is available in a released version of enable, we can unskip the test.
