Those changes are already in #44325 so we should be all set! I was just trying to unblock tests for my own PRs and then saw these. |

Additional Description: The test certificates in test/config/integration/certs/ are expired as of Apr 8 2026 at 10:42:53 UTC which broke all TLS-dependent integration tests. Regenerated using the existing certs.sh script.
