chore: remove redundant otelgrpc replace directive

What this PR does / why we need it:
Remove go.opentelemetry.io/contrib/instrumentation/google.golang.org/grpc/otelgrpc replace directive since it is not needed anymore after k8s.io/apiserver update to v0.34.1 as part of #7128.
