I don't remember why I left this one not done for a while, rather than doing them in the same batch as #838 and #840 ? Maybe I just wanted to see how hard it is to leave a README update undone (not hard now that the override capability got added). Or maybe I wanted to leave it to someone else to do. But that is not really an issue, since there is plenty to do if someone just wants to update tests from problem-specifications.

Sounds like Hacktoberfest work. I'll look into creating an issue.
