Planning for the next release

I have the following items on my list:

• resolve all compiling warnings (Resolve -Wunused-parameter #62, Resolve -Wusused-label warning #63, Resolve -Wstrict-prototypes warning #64, Fix and forbid unused variable warnings #67 )
• move source files to the src folder
• introduce a HAVE_FASTOPEN feature and check for existence of either TCP_FASTOPEN_CONNECT, MSG_FASTOPEN, etc.
