I wonder about order here. The section on cost seems maybe higher precedence than volunteer training? I'm not sure though.

I don't completely understand this point. Is having more volunteers inherently valuable?
The volunteers adding value is contingent on this project adding value, right?

eveything seems to be checked off in terms of reasons and goals maybe specify that is planned to be an open source web app and the features it will aim to have or how we plan to differ from others
