Fix the Login Page Styling Using Material-UI #1318

- Review and Refine existing Admin Login Screen UI #1596 is completed (link to finalized screens will be provided on this issue), AND
- After all MUI component updates have been completed: Epic: Migration to Material-UI (MUI) Styling #1611
- note that MUI may resolve this issue entirely
Overview
The Admin page has been distorted due to the updated nav bar being styled with Material UI. Please implement the updated Figma design using MUI to ensure styling is up to date.
