Replace `Github` with `GitHub` in _guide-pages/2FA.html

Overview

We need to replace instances of Github and github with GitHub so that we display the company name correctly.

Action Items

• Open _guide-pages/2FA.html in your IDE
• Change

• Using Docker, confirm the 2FA Guide webpage shows the new spelling of GitHub in the link to the 2FA setup guide, and is otherwise unchanged. A link to the existing page is in Resources below.
• Add/commit changes then create Pull Request as usual
