Agent-level intermediate obligation activity summary. Correlates obligation lifecycle events with DM activity between parties. Shows re-orientation bursts, silence gaps, and ongoing activity phases. Optimized with 14-day default window to avoid loading full inboxes. Sprint #2: obligation checkpoint intermediate state.
