Hi there! For various reasons, we are not accepting new open-source storage backends or secrets engines from the community. These reasons include supportability, Vault engineering lift, and potential security implications. While we appreciate your effort, I'm going to go and close this PR now. Thanks for understanding. |

Note that when Vault supports go-kms-wrapping v2 then explicit support in Vault won't be necessary as it can just be built independently as a plug-in. |
