[Bug Report] [Docs] Wrong RL Framework suggestion in Docs

Describe the bug

The setup instructions list the possible rl frameworks (e.g., rsl_rl) but the script takes rsl-rl as an input.

Steps to reproduce

Call isaaclab.sh -i rsl_rl as explained in the docs.
The script won't be able to find rsl_rl, since it only knows rsl-rl

Additional context

This can either be a bug in the docs, or in the script.
