Update screenshot and text for Welcome page

Describe what's missing in our docs

https://kestra.io/docs/ui includes a screenshot and text describing what appears on the Welcome page, which was changed in kestra-io/kestra#13803.

The following needs to be updated:

• Welcome page screenshot
• Update the button text ("On this page, click on Create my first flow to open the Kestra Guided Tour, which will guide you through creating and executing your first flow step by step.") to align with the new button name

It would also be beneficial to mention that you see this Welcome page only once, after the first time you login.

If somehow user missed the welcome page on first login and want to take a tour again : changing route manually to /welcome will take you to Welcome page again

Hi @MilosPaunovic , I wanted to clarify what happened with my previous pull request. While searching for the button name, I accidentally clicked a file I didn’t intend to modify. I didn’t notice any changes because my task was different, and I was only following VSCode instructions to remove unwanted lines. I assure you that I didn’t intentionally change this file. Since my pull request is now closed, could you please assign it to me again so I can fix it properly?
