Build and release binaries for linux/ppc64le

Description

As part of the work to enable knative for the IBM Power (ppc64le) architecture, this adds a kn-linux-ppc64le binary. This is similar to the s390x enablement in #1083 .

Changes

Adds an additional go build command with GOOS=linux GOARCH=ppc64le in hack/build.sh and hack/release.sh, respectively.
