Add new annotations/conditions to conformance tests

Expected Behavior

There were recently two update to the implemented Elafros API (both reflected in the spec), which are not represented in the conformance tests:

• Annotate revision with the configuration generation label Annotate revision with the configuration generation label #572
• Add LatestRevisionReady condition in Configuration Add LatestRevisionReady condition in Configuration #568

Actual Behavior

This new functionality should be covered in the conformance tests.

Additional Info

I also need to work on an overall strategy for keeping conformance tests up to date with API changes, I've created #592 to look into that.

Due to #351 (comment) I'll hold off on updating the conformance tests to assert against LatestRevisionReady for now.

I'm going to leave it up to #351 and any spin off issues to change the conformance tests to match.
