Description
Adds coordinator-admin sharing-domain management for groups so admins can create domains and explicitly grant/revoke device memberships. The UI copy preserves the hard boundary: coordinator groups discover/enroll devices, while sharing domains grant data access.
Revocation copy states it only blocks future sync and does not delete data already copied to a device.
