@edwinjosechittilappilly Looking at the Makefile, I can confirm that make install_frontend does NOT include build_frontend. These are two separate and independent targets:
install_frontend target:
install_frontend: ## install the frontend dependencies

I used uvx because it is less error prone. Since pre-commit is a dependency and will probably use the environment we are working in, it should still work.
