I'm not sure we should include links to confluence pages since this will be a public repo and the public won't have access to confluence documentation. Maybe we remove these links for now and create an issue to determine how to reference related content in confluence? I'm open to ideas.

Yeah I left references to Confluence but removed the links. The one link I left there is to the CU service desk. Happy to remove references to confluence as well though!

Oh I see, I misread the link below to be part of the confluence reference. I think how you have it works for now. We'll have to determine how to handle content that is only on confluence

Good question about what section this topic belongs in. I don't think it's data management and workflows could be confusing. Maybe we need another section for policies or security? |

Regarding what section this could go in. I was thinking of porting over the page on how to access GitHub Copilot (LASP approved tool) that Ransom made on confluence. I think that could justify us putting it in a sort of "tools" i.e. workflows category, with the additional page about rules of using AI at LASP. |

Okay - I thought I read somewhere it is definitely approved for use at LASP, but now I'm not sure as I can't find it... |

It looks like there are some redundant files/directories that need to be removed before this is merged, but otherwise this looks great! Thanks for adding this!

I converted the generative AI guidelines page from Confluence for my first page since it is quite small. I'm not sure "Workflows" makes sense as the section, maybe data management / stewardship since the page is largely about requirements for use at LASP? Let me know if you have feedback or ideas. Thanks!
