In particular, this is useful for a situation where we want to use podman instead of docker, or where adb is not in $PATH.
There's only the signed release version since p4a throws an error if you try to create a non-release app bundle.

I haven't actually run it, but the build succeeds. This is on top of #108 in anticipation of using
$(P4A), but I can easily change that of #108 isn't desired.
