 - linuxkit#41 bumped the kernel to 4.19.27, and linuxkit#37 already noted that the
   performance concerns over kernel version (and slow pulls) were no
   longer relevant.

   Therefore, remove the note.

Hah, that's unfortunate @justincormack!

I don't disclose any real email addresses in GH repos for privacy concerns. If that's a hard and fast rule, at least this one is easy enough for someone else to push up.

As per the Linux kernel, real names and identities are required see https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/v5.0/process/submitting-patches.html
