Bump teaclave-sdk to v1.1.6-testing #138
Description
Upstream PR is almost ready: integritee-network/worker#1076
We'll need to:
- update upstream code to this revision once it's merged
- included the rust toolchain (included in last step) and remove the patched substrate dependencies
- check if we need to update any other SDK on tee-server (intel SDK?)
An upgrade to v0.9.29 can be expected very soon
