This PR addresses a bug reported by user #3543 related to project selection. The issue occurred when selecting a different project from the project menu, resulting in the unintended creation of an issue in the currently active project.
I have successfully resolved this issue and implemented the necessary changes to ensure a smooth project selection experience without the unintended creation of issues.
