There are two sets of changes that need to be released in vtcomposite - the linestring clipping bug (https://github.com/mapbox/vtcomposite/pull/98) and the polygon intersection bug (https://github.com/mapbox/vtcomposite/pull/101). Let's do a dev release, test on staging, and then do an official release.
