Users of the package can now create their own loggers and extend them.
We don't really need this, applications using the package can easily create their own flag.
- a Logger can now write to any io.Writer. - the error return by SetLevel indicates the valued that caused it.
Package conf contains a simple loader for configuration files.

conf e log esportano dei tipi che possono essere riutilizzati in altri pacchetti nei casi piu' complessi, e allo stesso tempo mantengono un oggetto di default per i casi piu' semplici, sull'esempio del DefaultServerMux di net/http.
Conf e' una versione molto semplificata di goconf, e non supporta sezioni, ereditarieta', ecc, ma e' sincronizzato con un mutex e puo' essere usato concorrentemente.
