Support Alpine Linux

Support Alpine Linux (and SUSE) as mentioned in #10 (comment) and in the readme:

Alpine support has now been added in 0.9.0 release.. Please check the Readme for installation of pre-requisite libs and feel free to reopen if you encounter any issues on Alpine. Thanks for creating the issue, marking this as closed.
