Adjust Playground-Composition Source to Match E2E Test App for Fabric

See #11407. Many review comments on PR adjust code that was taken from playground-composition. i.e. Adjust Playground-Composition to use AddAttributedModules instead of AddTurboModules. Should walk through this PR's feedback and make the corresponding source code changes to playground-composition, so the two apps remain consistent.
