Sometimes the random catalog checks in the
CorrelationFunctionSysTestdidn't work, basically because TreeCorr Catalogs don't have alen(). In the course of fixing that, I found some other bugs relating to the usage of randoms, so I fixed those and added a unit test that includes random data points. (I didn't check for correct values, merely that the correlation functions run.)
