Scroll board view when clicking and dragging background #4098

Feature Request
When/if #4074 is merged, it would be great to make it so that if you grab the background the whole board view can be moved left or right.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now you have to use the tiny scrollbar or the keyboard, both are not optimal.
