Added the option of passing arguments to the main function to plot NaN values as subplot on the right hand side the Likert plots. An additional argument for disabling the centering and center line has also been added.
New jupyter notebook showing features to plot NaN values a subplot to the right of the main Likert plot, and graphs disabling the default center line and alignment.

This pull requests enhances functionality of the plot_likert function, allowing the options to display NaN values as a subplot.
It also allows the option of disabling the default center alignment and center line.
A working example notebook has been added to the doc folder showing these features.
