• I would merge this (the following PRs will be failed until we complete the last step)
• into web bump opencloud_commit_id and fix the test
• into web do a pre-release of 3.1.0-alpha.1 (we need to ask Benedikt how)
• update WEB_ASSETS_VERSION and web_commit in opencloud

• temporarily skip this tests (add user-settings to https://github.com/opencloud-eu/opencloud/blob/main/.woodpecker.star#L309)
• into web bump opencloud_commit_id and fix the test
• enable tests after next rolling release
