Fibers are not contracting (again)

In the branch two-ellipsoid-muscles #39 the fibers are not being contracted. The solid mechanics mesh is contracting as usual, but it's not transferring the information to the fibers as it seems. Here is a picture:

As far as I can tell, the solver structure is fine, the slot names are correct and the MapGeometryToMeshes is right as well. It was working in the branch #38, from which #39 came from, and I think I checked all changes (but apparently I missed something). Maybe it's related to issue #37?

Hi, I tried to reproduce the issue, but for me the fibers look fine.

Can you 1) Try again, 2) check that your latest commit is pushed?

I tried a few more times. I am on the latest OpenDiHu commit, and I'm also on 40d4af8 with no new changes. The result is the same as before.

Problem solved, OpenDiHu has to be on develop branch.
